Elba Double Stop: Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro

Day trip with two stops on the island

An island as large as a small nation (the same size as Malta!) with 8 main towns, each with its own history, traditions, and unique landscapes. It’s worth discovering at least the two most famous and historically rich ones.

Elba double stop

Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, and the mining coast | Departure every Thursday | from Castiglione della Pescaia at 8:30 AM – return at 6:30 PM | stops of about 3h45′ in Portoferraio – about 2h in Porto Azzurro

Double stop on Elba to uncover all its secrets: Napoleon’s sites, the Mines, the wealth of the Principality of Piombino, the island’s lush nature, along with the splendor of the Maremma Coast seen from the sea — from Castiglione della Pescaia to the Piombino Promontory, passing by Le Rocchette, Punta Ala, and the small islands of Sparviero, Porcellini, Cerboli, and Palmaiola… Stops of about 3h45′ in Portoferraio and about 2h in Porto Azzurro.

Why choose our ships: Our philosophy is to highlight the beauty of the region rather than engage in long and boring sailings. We’ll enjoy a journey along the coasts and islets of the Ancient Principality of Piombino, offering plenty of insights and opportunities to observe the landscape—thanks to commentary from guides, biologists, historians, and geologists from the Toscana Trekking Group, who are always on board (see advertisement below).
